Role Responsibilities

This position is responsible for coordinating the operations of the call center front desk by answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, greeting and directing visitors along with other administrative functions.  This position reports to the El Paso Human Resources Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls.
  • Greet and direct all visitors to correct destination.
  • Monitor applicant flow in TALEO to ensure completion of required steps have been completed.
  • Contact applicants and schedule all interviews.
  • Assist in new hire orientations.
  • Ensures all new hires provide documentation required on first day of orientation.
  • Maintains files and applicant tracking spreadsheet.
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail, packages and deliveries.
  • Place orders and maintain HR office supplies.
  • Type correspondence when needed.
  • Administers all applicant testing.
  • Maintains eligibility for rehire spreadsheet.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Assist HR Manager/Corporate Recruiter with any projects as assigned. 


The successful candidate will possess:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years' Office experience
  • 1+ year HR experience highly desirable
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ADP, EMS and POS)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team player
