Empire Today s Human Resources department is a critical component to meeting our business needs through managing our most valuable resources our employees. The essential functions of the department include recruiting, safety, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and training and development.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator facilitates and coordinates the day-to-day activities associated with the activation of carpet, flooring, and window-treatment installation subcontractors in accordance with the companies business needs.

  • Contact Independent Subcontractors and maintain Installation Recruitment Daily Tracker and Installation Database by accurately updating Installation Subcontractors records.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and faxes received from internal and external business partners inquiring about the on-boarding and activation status of installers.
  • Carry out email campaigns to attract and engage installers both active and inactive.
  • Monitor and manage installer s progress throughout the on-boarding process through activation.
  • Manage and obtain all required installer documentation; working closely with Compliance to ensure each installer is cleared to onboard.
  • Overcome specific objections/procrastination by candidates including setting up conference calls with the local market, pre-populating paperwork and mailing to installer candidate for execution, and taking extra steps to push candidates through the process.
  • Direct and guide installers through the process by providing insurance information and coordinating phone meetings with insurance partners aiding in the efficient activation of installers.
  • Manage installers within a specified region and assist with overflow as needed.
  • Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
  • Report weekly on installer progress within your region discussing updates, delays or concerns.
  • Develop ideas and creative ways to attract and engage Independent Installers.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will possess:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; Associates or Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR, Operations, Account Management, General Support Role or positions with similar responsibilities and expectations
