All installation team associates work with the installers to ensure all customer, sales and internal requests and requirements are fulfilled. Through daily assignment, jobsite visits and post install inspections, the installation team helps our installers perform quality and complete installations while following our company mission of making beautiful new floors easy.

Responsibilities

The National Installs Regulatory Analyst (NIRA), is responsible for the tracking of install activities that require local, state, or national review and record keeping. Activities, including the tracking of Lead safe practice training and testing, as well as auditing and record keeping of results. The NIRA will assist the Sr Mgr. of Contractor Relations in managing the execution of regulatory programs that pertain to installers or installations. The position assists and guides multiple markets install departments to implement required programs, to include conducting training, reviewing records with the market, and reviewing results with the MM and RD as required.

  • Responsible for the documentation and training of all related programs
  • Owns the tracking and record keeping of installation processes that have regulatory requirements
  • Partners with the process improvement team to develop, Implement and monitor programs
  • Creates and Utilizes reports to monitor results at the job/market/region/company level
  • Performs other functions as necessary or assigned.
  • Occasional travel

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years operations related experience in retail, consumer products or warehouse environment.
  • Experience with financial analysis and creating action plans to improve the budget; trade and/or sales experience a plus;
  • Merchandise/installation experience regarding permit and licensing requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of the product mix; training experience or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook,)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills; detail oriented; excellent organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task; strong analytical skills; ability to work independently; and ability to set priorities, solve problems and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Home Improvement Industry is required.
  • Associate will spend most of time (i.e., 50-75%) working on a computer which requires using a keyboard to enter data and send and respond to emails.
  • Ability to use a phone
  • Ability to physically and mentally perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • The ability to travel up to 75%.
  • This position is in an office/cubicle and warehouse settings and the noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
