Business Area

Empire Today’s Marketing & Media team promotes our business and drives sales of our products and services. Our department is responsible for acquiring new leads and prospects through television, online pay-per-click, digital, social, and affiliate marketing campaigns. The team manages the strategy, media buying, execution, and optimization across channels. We also own the creative, messaging, and delivery of our message to target consumers, and giving consumers a reason to believe in our brands.


The Marketing Analyst Associate provides website reporting and analyses that create actionable insights to influence decisions in marketing, site development, and sales that improve the business.

  • Manage the production and distribution of recurring reports and analyses.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of information from multiple data sources (including back office data, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Invoca, etc.) and provide insights on findings.
  • Assist in developing testing strategies and executing website A/B tests with business partners and external teams.
  • Manage website tracking scripts and pixels for all relevant advertising and marketing channels and partners, using custom variables/dimensions, tracking pixels, and other tagging techniques.
  • Proactively monitor analytics data and reporting to identify opportunities to simplify and streamline processes.
  • Perform QA checks before website releases to ensure continuing accuracy of analytics
  • Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned.


The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of 2-years’ experience with website and digital marketing analytics
  • Solid experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience using A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target and Optimizely
  • Highly logical, analytical, and detail oriented
  • Solid knowledge of website, marketing, and digital advertising objectives and nomenclature
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive approach to responsibilities and problem solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/reports concurrently and deliver them on time and with great accuracy.
  • Experience using Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager and/or other tag management systems
  • Experience developing and using Tableau dashboards and/or other data visualization tools.
